Skating in Caithness does not get the support it deserves unfortunately and whilst fasilities exist in Thurso and Wick, they do not meet the needs of Skaters. If only 'grown ups' would trust the youth instead of spear-heading with their own enept and unconnected ideas! (Crickey, this is bitter!)
Cinema For Thurso Group regularly films Surfing and would like to film more Breakdance, Skateboard, Line Skating, BMXing and Parkeur. These sports are highly skilled participation activies which are exciting to watch. You need to be fit (being young isn't essential) and be ready for knocks, bruises and possibly a broken limb or five! (maybe an eye out as well). The more film we get the more cool movies we can make for the cinema screen.
